VLS Pharmacy onboarding: two business days from form to first Rx

What you need first

• A complete form on the first submissionThe form requires your email, invoice email, and Medical Director's license upload. A missing file or incomplete field can delay the two-day clock. Submit everything at once.
• A licensed US prescriber submittingVLS only responds to licensed prescribers — patient submissions are not processed. Make sure the person completing the form holds an active US prescriber license.
• Fax or EMR configured before you waitUse the two-day response window to download the fax cover sheet from newdrugloft.com, add VLS Pharmacy (4402 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11220) to your EMR, or save the phone number (1-844-857-5588). Your first order ships sooner when the channel is ready.

How access works

   Submit the prescriber account formComplete all fields at newdrugloft.com/new-prescriber-account and upload your Medical Director's license. Submit once — the two-business-day clock starts when VLS receives a complete form.

   Wait for account confirmationVLS responds within two business days. Do not attempt to fax or call in orders during this window — orders from unconfirmed accounts are not processed.

   Set up your ordering channel in parallelWhile waiting, configure fax (cover sheet + prescription pad), EMR (New York pharmacy lookup, patient demographics template), or note the phone number for your preferred submission method.
4. 04
   Submit your first Rx once confirmedAfter account confirmation, submit by fax, EMR, or phone with full patient demographics and compound details. Ordering begins immediately after confirmation.
