    For medications VLS or New Drug Loft compounds, fax each patient's Rx to 855-491-0799 with the fax cover sheet, send via EMR (VLS Pharmacy in New York), or call 1-844-857-5588. Each patient is a separate submission.

    Identify medications that require another compounder

    If a patient needs a medication outside the VLS and New Drug Loft formulary — a different 503A partner for a specific GLP-1 formulation, peptide, or hormone — the clinic must find and use a different compounder. VLS cannot route those prescriptions.

    Submit separately to each additional compounder

    Prescriptions for non-VLS medications go directly to each compounder's own submission channel — fax, portal, or phone — separately and under that compounder's account terms. There is no shared queue.
