Common access issues
Logged in but cannot order
If you reach the dashboard but ordering is blocked, your onboarding application may still be pending admin approval. Check the onboarding tab status before troubleshooting credentials.
Wrong account type
RxFul also runs separate affiliate and admin login paths. Clinic staff must use /clinic-login with a clinic-role account, not an affiliate registration.
