Common access issues

  • NPI verification failure

    RxFul requires exactly 10 digits and runs an in-app NPI lookup. Mismatched or malformed NPIs block the Prescribers step.

  • Stopping after initial signup

    Email and password at /clinic-login are not the full registration. Ordering stays locked until the three-step application is approved.
