What Refill does not publish
As of June 2026, Refill's public site does not disclose who owns the company, leadership names, outside funding, headquarters location, or how many clinics use the platform. It also does not name every 503A partner pharmacy in the network or publish aggregate order volumes. Where a fact is not in Refill's public materials, it is undisclosed rather than estimated here.
This is common for privately held B2B platforms and is not, by itself, a red flag. But it does mean due diligence comes from direct requests: contracting entity, partner pharmacy identities, references, and contract terms. The absence of public corporate detail shifts where you get answers, not whether you should ask.
