Who should apply to the Fizy Health pharmacy network?
Licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities that want clinic and telehealth volume through Fizy Health, including partners who already serve cash-pay clinics and want a branded portal for those accounts.
Do we pay a setup fee or a monthly platform fee?
No. There is no setup cost and no monthly cost to join the network or to offer a branded clinic portal. A small percentage applies only when an order runs through Fizy Health. Clinics pay a disclosed 9% facilitation fee on medication subtotal. You still receive your pass-through price.
How long does application review take?
Our team reviews every pharmacy application. Most pharmacies hear back within a few business days with next steps for catalog load, profile setup, and portal branding if approved.
Is Fizy Health a pharmacy or compounder?
No. Fizy Health is B2B ordering software. Patient-specific orders route to LegitScript-certified 503A and 503B pharmacy partners. You compound and ship. We handle the clinic portal, validation, routing, and tracking.
Can we keep using our current pharmacy system?
Yes. Fizy Health can connect a branded portal to the pharmacy system you already use so orders land in your current workflow. You do not have to rip out the software your pharmacists already know.
