Post-payment rejection is the expensive failure mode
When validation happens after payment, a rejected order is not just a correction — it is a reversal. The clinic has already charged the patient or itself, the pharmacy has already declined the order, and staff now have to identify why, refund or re-bill, fix the SIG or licensure problem, and resubmit. At refill-day volume, a handful of these per week is a real operational tax.
White Label Rx's public site does not describe pre-submit validation, so ask directly: when does the platform tell you a SIG is invalid or a prescriber is not licensed in a state — before or after you pay? Request a live demo where an intentionally invalid order is entered to see exactly when the error appears.
