What to check before you switch
Before moving any volume, separate what you are switching from. If you use VSDH's full white-label stack — consumer apps, telemedicine, and branded pharmacy — switching ordering to Fizy Health does not automatically replace those layers. You may keep VSDH consumer tools while moving clinic batch checkout, or you may eventually unwind the white-label subscription. Read your VSDH agreement for notice periods, revenue-share terms, minimum commitments, and what happens to consumer app assets if you reduce pharmacy volume.
Second, confirm formulary coverage: list highest-volume SKUs — semaglutide, tirzepatide, hormone and peptide lines — and verify the 503A partners assigned to your Fizy Health clinic can fill them. VSDH and Fizy Health are platform layers, not compounders; fulfillment comes from LegitScript-certified 503A pharmacies, and coverage may overlap because VSDH can also supply catalog behind Fizy Health. Third, decide what data you carry over: patient demographics, common SIGs, and repeat-order SKUs. None of this requires an EMR migration — ConnectRxCare and Fizy Health live alongside your chart system.
