What therxspot.com is — and is not
therxspot.com is a B2B product site, not a pharmacy storefront or a patient-facing marketplace. A patient cannot buy a compounded medication directly on therxspot.com — The Rx Spot's patients interact with operator-branded storefronts on custom domains, not with therxspot.com itself. The site's job is to explain the platform and route interested operators to a demo. This is also why there is no self-serve signup flow on the public site: onboarding is demo-led, with storefront launch happening in days once catalog and branding decisions are finalized.
The site is not the pharmacy, either. The Rx Spot routes fulfillment to 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy partners that hold the licenses and do the compounding and shipping. So therxspot.com describes the platform layer — storefront, dashboard, ops portal, and provider network — while questions about formulation, COAs, and state licensure point to the partner pharmacies behind it.
