Patient comms are a real operational lever — if they exist
Every automated shipment text a patient receives is a call the clinic does not field. For a high-volume peptide, hormone, or GLP-1 program, that is meaningful staff time. But patient messaging also touches compliance and branding: what the message says, whether it exposes medication details, and whether it appears to come from the clinic or Tailor Made Compounding all matter.
Because Tailor Made Compounding does not document patient-facing notifications publicly, treat this as a direct question during account-request onboarding: does the EMR portal or pharmacy send patient tracking texts, what is in them, and who is the sender? If patient comms are critical to your operation, get the answer in writing before you go live.
