Where LifeFile sits in the 503A stack
For Strive orders, the stack is compact: the prescriber writes the order in LifeFile, Strive's pharmacy team verifies and compounds at its licensed 503A facilities, and the medication ships to the patient. LifeFile is the interface layer — catalog search, SIG entry, submission, status, and invoicing. Compounding quality, potency testing, sterility checks, and state licensure belong to Strive as the compounder, documented on strivepharmacy.com's Higher Standards pages.
The constraint of Strive's portal model is scope: LifeFile routes exclusively to Strive. If a clinic orders semaglutide from Strive and testosterone from a different 503A partner, two separate portal sessions are required. There is no cross-compounder cart or unified checkout within LifeFile.
