What you need first

• Individual credentials per team memberEach prescriber and staff member should sign in under their own LifeFile account with the role your clinic admin assigned. Shared logins undermine the audit trail for compounded prescriptions.

   Complete Become a Provider onboardingYour clinic applies through strivepharmacy.com/become-a-provider and completes verification with clinic and prescriber details before portal credentials are issued.

   Admin provisions team accounts in LifeFileA clinic administrator adds prescribers and staff so each person signs in under their own credentials and role rather than a shared account.

   Sign in at rx.strivepharmacy.com as a providerTeam members open rx.strivepharmacy.com, select I am a Provider, and authenticate into LifeFile to browse the Strive formulary and manage orders.
4. 04
   Prescribe and track Strive ordersOnce signed in, the workflow is select patient, choose a Strive compound from the practice formulary, prescriber sign-off, and real-time order tracking inside LifeFile.
