The line items to confirm in writing
Work through each of these with pricing@strivepharmacy.com and get the answer in your agreement, not in conversation. Shipping and handling: is it per order, per box, flat, or free above a threshold, and does cold-chain add cost on GLP-1 injections? Day-supply pricing: does your rate change based on 30-, 60-, or 90-day supply length rather than quantity alone? Rush or expedited charges: what triggers them? Account minimums: is there a minimum order or monthly volume, and what happens if you miss it? Returns, cancellations, and reships: who absorbs the cost when an order is wrong or rejected?
Once you have those answers, recompute your per-vial landed cost by spreading every applicable fee across the vials in a typical order. The headline drug rate almost always looks better than the all-in number; your patient pricing and margin model should be built on the all-in figure. Strive's FAQ notes that longer day supplies can save money, so confirm whether multi-month pricing actually lowers per-dose cost after fees are included.
