RxFul volume pricing

How does volume affect RxFul pricing?

RxFul's published SaaS tiers are flat monthly fees, but volume-based fulfillment pricing unlocks on Rx-Silver ($1,497/mo) and Rx-Gold ($1,997/mo). That means per-order logistics cost can improve as shipment volume grows — but the rate table is not public. Bronze ($997/mo) includes 3PL fulfillment access without the volume-based pricing feature, so high-volume clinics must compare whether Silver's higher SaaS fee plus volume fulfillment beats Bronze all-in landed cost at their actual order count.

This page explains how RxFul ties fulfillment economics to volume on higher tiers, what to model before you upgrade, and how pass-through per-vial pricing stays visible regardless of order count.

What is RxFul's volume pricing model?

RxFul separates platform cost from fulfillment cost. Platform cost is fixed by tier: $0, $997, $1,497, or $1,997 per month. Fulfillment cost is bundled as 3PL access on every plan, but volume-based fulfillment pricing — where logistics rates may improve with order volume — is explicitly a Silver and Gold feature. Drug cost remains unpublished on all tiers. Volume therefore affects your logistics line on higher tiers, not your SaaS line, and only after you negotiate fulfillment rates during onboarding.

When upgrading to Silver or Gold pays off

Model break-even on the $500/mo jump from Bronze to Silver against fulfillment savings per shipment. If volume-based pricing saves $3 per order and you ship 200 orders per month, that is $600 in logistics savings against $500 in added SaaS — before counting enhanced analytics and full white-label customization. Below that volume, you may be paying for a feature you do not yet use.

Gold adds priority allocation and API access on top of Silver's volume fulfillment. High-growth DTC brands scaling patient portal orders may value allocation during supply constraints; prescriber-side clinics batching refills may care more about per-vial drug cost than portal allocation. Match tier to the bottleneck you actually have.

Volume pricing without per-vial visibility still leaves COGS opaque

Even with favorable fulfillment volume tiers, compounded medication cost drives most GLP-1 program margin. RxFul does not publish per-vial semaglutide or tirzepatide rates at any volume tier. Ask whether drug cost also steps down with volume or only fulfillment — many platforms negotiate logistics separately from compounding.

Fizy Health shows resolved per-vial 503A cost on every line before checkout regardless of monthly order count. Volume may change which facilitation tier makes sense on Fizy Health's own plans, but drug cost is never hidden behind a portal tier or a sales conversation.

  • Tiers

Which RxFul tier includes volume-based fulfillment pricing?

  • Drugs

Does RxFul offer volume discounts on compounded medications?

  • Break-even

When should I upgrade from Bronze to Silver for volume?

When fulfillment savings per order multiplied by monthly shipments exceeds the $500/mo SaaS difference, and you need Silver's white-label customization and marketing toolkit. Model with your actual shipment count, not projections.

  • Gold

What does priority allocation on Gold mean for pricing?

Gold includes priority allocation during supply constraints. It is an operational benefit more than a direct price discount — confirm how allocation affects your fulfillment SLA and whether it justifies $500/mo over Silver.
