What to check before you switch
Before moving any volume, confirm the platform layer change does not disrupt the pharmacy layer underneath. First, check formulary coverage: list your highest-volume SKUs — semaglutide, tirzepatide, your hormone and peptide lines — and confirm the LegitScript-certified 503A partners assigned to your Fizy Health clinic can fill them. Promise compounds and ships its own formulary; Fizy Health routes to partners in its network, so coverage is the first thing to verify on your actual lines.
Second, review your Promise Pharmacy agreement for any notice period, white-label minimums, or volume commitments before you reduce orders — these are clinic-specific contract details you should read in your own agreement rather than assume. Third, decide what data you carry over: patient demographics, your common SIGs, and your repeat-order SKUs. None of this requires an EMR migration — provider portals live alongside your chart system, not in place of it. If white-label patient packaging from Promise still matters for a subset of patients, you can keep Promise active for those lines while Fizy Health handles multi-partner batch checkout.
