When SIG checks run determines who fixes the error
If SIG validation runs only after Promise receives the order, staff discover problems via rejection notices — after the patient may already have been quoted and charged. GLP-1 titration protocols with non-standard sig lines are especially error-prone at volume.
Ask Promise to demo an intentionally incomplete SIG: does the portal block submit, flag a warning, or accept and reject later? Confirm whether ePrescribe paths validate differently from manual portal entry.
