Who competes with PharmacyLive
On the pharmacy-buyer side, PharmacyLive's most direct competitors are other prescriber portal products compounding pharmacies license or build — LifeFile is the incumbent many compounders white-label, SuiteRx and pharmacy-specific tools power others, and some high-volume compounders maintain proprietary portals. Pharmacies choose between these products based on PMS integration (PharmacyLive advertises PioneerRx and other pharmacy system integrations), prescriber onboarding tools, batch ordering, and CRM for growing prescriber volume. Clinics rarely participate in that vendor decision — they inherit whichever portal their compounder deployed.
From the clinic's perspective, the competitive set looks different. A clinic using a compounder's PharmacyLive portal is really choosing between that pharmacy-owned experience, ordering through another compounder's direct portal, or adding a clinic-owned layer like Fizy Health, Scripts, Refill, or OnlyScripts that aggregates multiple 503A partners with clinic-controlled checkout. Fizy Health competes on buyer-side ownership: pass-through per-vial cost visible before checkout, one cart across every assigned LegitScript-certified partner, validation before payment, and consistent UX regardless of whether a given pharmacy runs PharmacyLive, LifeFile, or another portal behind the scenes.
