• A licensed prescriber available for the verification callOlympia Pharmacy's clinical liaison team verifies identity with the prescriber directly. If the call is taken by staff who cannot provide credentials, it reschedules and adds days.
• Credit card ready for billing setupAccount provisioning typically requires billing details. Having a credit card ready during the liaison call avoids a follow-up step before ordering begins.

   Submit the practitioner registration formComplete the form at olympiapharmacy.com/providers. Include clinic contact details, specialty areas, and your anticipated first-order date so the clinical team can prioritize the follow-up.

   Clinical liaison follow-up callOlympia Pharmacy's clinical team — including their Senior Clinical Pharmacy Liaison — contacts you to walk through the formulary and collect verification credentials.

   Credential review and approvalNPI, medical license, DEA, and billing details are reviewed. If credentials match the relevant databases, account approval follows. Mismatches extend the window.

   DrScript portal access provisionedOnce approved, Olympia Pharmacy creates your account on the DrScript portal. Your team signs in at olympiapharmacy.drscriptportal.com to place the first order.
