AnazaoHealth multi-pharmacy routing

AnazaoHealth multi-pharmacy routing — and why it does not exist

AnazaoHealth does not route orders across multiple compounders because Anazao is the compounder. Every prescription submitted through myAnazao, fax, or phone is filled in-house by Anazao's own Fagron-backed 503A facility in Tampa. There is no split routing to external pharmacies, no cross-partner catalog, and no unified checkout across multiple compounding sources. If a clinic also orders from Empower, Hallandale, Tailor Made, or any other 503A compounder, those orders require separate portals, fax lines, and accounts — outside of myAnazao entirely.

This page explains what AnazaoHealth's single-compounder model means for clinics that source from multiple 503A partners, and how Fizy Health provides the multi-compounder ordering layer myAnazao does not.

How the model works

What happens when a clinic orders from Anazao and other 503A compounders

A clinic that orders from multiple 503A compounders must manage each relationship separately. myAnazao covers Anazao's formulary. Every other compounder requires its own portal, fax submission, or phone order. Here is how that plays out in practice.

  1. 01

    Anazao-specific prescriptions go through myAnazao

For any medication in Anazao's 503A formulary, the ordering path is myAnazao.com, fax to 800-985-4363, phone at 800-995-4363 (Option 5), or Surescripts. Anazao's team verifies and compounds in-house at the Tampa facility.

  2. 02

Non-Anazao medications require a separate account

A medication not in Anazao's formulary — or a prescriber who wants to source from another 503A compounder — must set up and maintain a separate account with that pharmacy, including customer set-up, clinic agreement pricing, and ordering channels.

  3. 03

Refill day spans multiple portals and login sessions

A weekly refill day that includes Anazao and other compounders means separate portal logins, separate order entry interfaces, separate payment sessions, and separate tracking views — one per compounder. There is no single cart or unified checkout in myAnazao.

  4. 04

Tracking is scoped to each compounder

myAnazao shows order status and delivery tracking for Anazao orders. Other compounders provide their own tracking through their own portals or by phone. There is no consolidated per-line view across the full batch.

  5. 05

A missed source creates a patient gap

If a medication is unavailable at Anazao and no secondary compounder is set up, a patient's order has no fallback. The clinic must find an alternative source and complete a new account qualification to order from them.

Where it breaks

  • Portal sprawl

Managing two, three, or four compounder portals simultaneously creates separate places where a login can fail, a payment method can expire, or a prescriber license renewal can block orders. Each compounder's system is maintained independently.

  • No unified cost view

Because each compounder sets pricing through its own clinic agreement, a clinic ordering semaglutide from Anazao and testosterone from another compounder sees two separate pricing structures with no single landed-cost view before checkout.

The ordering layer Anazao does not provide

AnazaoHealth's position in the 503A market is as a Fagron-backed specialty compounder with deep wellness, pain management, and nuclear medicine capabilities. myAnazao is the prescriber interface built for ordering from Anazao specifically — not for coordinating orders across multiple 503A sources. Clinics that exclusively source from Anazao and whose formulary needs are fully covered by Anazao's catalog can operate with myAnazao as their complete solution.

Clinics that source from multiple compounders — whether for formulary breadth, pricing comparison, geographic coverage, or backorder protection — need a layer above the individual pharmacy portals. Fizy Health is that layer. It connects a clinic to multiple LegitScript-certified 503A compounders through one catalog, one cart, and one checkout. Pass-through per-vial cost is visible across all assigned partners before checkout. Cart validation checks SIGs, licensure, and stock before payment. After checkout, each line routes to the right partner automatically, and per-line tracking keeps status in one place.

Do you only order from Anazao — or do you need a layer across multiple compounders?

AnazaoHealth fits if

AnazaoHealth

Your entire formulary lives within Anazao's catalog.

  • Every medication your clinic prescribes is available through Anazao's 503A formulary and you never need to source from another compounder.
  • Your patients' entire care protocol — GLP-1, hormone, peptide — is covered by Anazao's product line.
  • You are comfortable managing separate portals for any other source if Anazao is ever out of stock.
Consider Fizy Health if

Fizy Health

You source from multiple 503A compounders and want one ordering layer.

  • Your clinic orders across more than one 503A compounder and you want one cart and one checkout for the whole refill day.
  • You want pass-through per-vial cost visible across all assigned partners before you commit to an order.
  • You want per-line tracking in one dashboard instead of switching between compounder portals to find out where each patient's order stands.
FAQ

AnazaoHealth multi-pharmacy routing — common questions.

  • Routing

Does AnazaoHealth route orders across multiple compounders?

No. AnazaoHealth is the compounder. Every order submitted through myAnazao, fax, or phone is compounded in-house by Anazao. There is no routing to external pharmacies and no cross-compounder catalog inside myAnazao.

  • Multiple sources

What if I need to order from Anazao and another 503A compounder?

You must maintain a separate account, portal login, and ordering relationship with each additional compounder. myAnazao does not aggregate orders from other pharmacies. Fizy Health is an ordering platform that lets clinics build one cart and one checkout across multiple assigned 503A partners.

  • Formulary

What if a medication I need is not in Anazao's formulary?

You would need to source it from a different 503A compounder and manage that as a separate account and ordering workflow. myAnazao covers Anazao's formulary only. Ask Anazao directly whether a specific compound is available, as they offer custom sterile prep and specialty formulations.

  • 503B

Does Anazao's 503B facility change the routing picture?

Anazao operates a Las Vegas 503B facility for office-use orders through a separate channel (fax 800-238-8239, Option 3, or email 503borders@anazaohealth.com). 503B office-use and 503A patient-specific orders are separate workflows — neither routes to external compounders.

  • Tracking

Can I see all my compounded orders in one place if I use Anazao and other compounders?

Not within myAnazao — tracking is scoped to Anazao orders only. Other compounders show status in their own portals. Fizy Health provides per-line tracking across all assigned 503A partners in one dashboard.

  • Comparison

How does Fizy Health handle multi-compounder ordering differently?

Fizy Health is the ordering layer above multiple 503A compounders — it aggregates assigned partners into one catalog, builds one cart, collects one payment, and routes each line to the right compounder automatically with per-line tracking in one view. myAnazao is a single-compounder portal.
